The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Timothy Musa Kabba has said that Sierra Leone has made significant gains in expanding the level of bilateral relationships and the process of building a peaceful world.

He made this statement at the Ministry of Information and Civic Education weekly press briefing.
