Like an owl with keen senses of sight and sound can see through the shadows of the night and hear sounds in the silence; the senses of stakeholders in Kambia District have been similarly endowed by Budget Advocacy Network (BAN) to observe the actual proposed budget and activities of the Kambia District Council for 2022.

As Emmanuel Samura reports, the Auditor General’s opinion of Kambia District Council had improved in 2020 but still has serious issues that made BAN simplify the district council budget to the people.
