SLBC’s new Director General and management had a productive and cordial Town Hall meeting with staff

The meeting commenced with a warm welcome to a new season by the management of SLBC. Each department head provided brief updates on their current projects, challenges, and priorities. Also the directors were available to patiently answer to questions and attend to other concerns.

The meeting concluded with a recap of action items and next steps with a frank warning against lawlessness and backbiting. She commend all for maintaining the stability in the working place. Josephine Kamara reiterated his open-door policy and encouraged team members to share their ideas and concerns freely.
